  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Technical knowledge related to software.
  • Working experience in Banking Customer service or related to Payment gateway
  • Enthusiastic , Self-driven with attention to detail
Job Roles & Responsibilities :
  • Responsible to reply mail & Calls received on helpdesk email id and customer care no.
  • Responsible to make Outbound calls to merchant for feedback on services & Product.
  • Provide information to merchant on Document and proposals to be shared. 
  • Responsible to note merchant complain and make sure revert merchant with resolution within the TAT.
  • Develop service procedures, policies and standards
  • Should have sound banking & Payment gateway knowledge (Settlement, transaction etc)
  • Complain & FTR should capture in CRM.
