- Proven working experience as a customer service
manager
- Good Communication and Client Management
skills,
- Good knowledge of Financial/Banking/Payment
gateway Domain
- Must know excel, power point
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Technical knowledge related to software.
- Working experience in Banking Customer service
or related to Payment gateway
- Enthusiastic , Self-driven with attention to
detail
- Responsible
to reply mail & Calls received on helpdesk email id and customer care no.
- Responsible
to make Outbound calls to merchant for feedback on services & Product.
- Provide
information to merchant on Document and proposals to be shared.
- Responsible to
note merchant complain and make sure revert merchant with resolution within the
TAT.
- Develop
service procedures, policies and standards
- Should have
sound banking & Payment gateway knowledge (Settlement, transaction etc)
- Complain & FTR should capture in CRM.
