Job Description
Educating the customers to use our service following a prepared sales pitch to give information and value proposition of our service
Day shift support to assign logistic vehicles to desired clients given their request
Database entry and management
Determine requirements by working with customers
Resolves customer query / Complaints/problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems
Acting as direct contact between the company and its existing and potential markets
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
Sells additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell accounts; explaining new features
Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
