Job Designation: Associate Customer Support
Tech Mahindra Ltd. is hiring for Associate Customer Support
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Answer calls/emails professionally to provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders or obtain details of complaints.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, details of inquiries, complaints and comments as well as actions taken.
- Process orders, forms and applications.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation
- Taking inbound calls.
- Giving resolutions to the customers.
- Being the voice of the Client.
- Minimum HSC Pass / HSC Fresher OR Graduate Fresher
- Good Communication Skills in English is mandate, Regional language fluency required- Hindi, Marathi
- 24 *7 Rotational Shifts/ Rotational Night Shifts for Males and Females both
- CTC – 13K to 18K in hand
- 6 days working (Sunday Fixed off)
