Job Description

  • JOB PROFILE
  • CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE
Objectives:
  • To deliver excellent customer service to all external customers and to meet patient’s expectations.
  • To establish an effective communication and co-ordination between internal and external stakeholders in order to solve patient’s queries and complaints.
Responsibilities:
  • Register patients by filling all relevant information in PCS.
  • Liaising with Logistics team members to schedule home visits.
  • Collect prescriptions from patients, doctors and hospitals as required.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for patients, hospitals, nurses and doctors.
  • Maintain all records and ensure accuracy of the same by periodical auditing.
  • Act in a professional manner and demonstrate excellent behavior when dealing with patients and other stake holders.
  • Answering enquiries and queries which are not-clinical in nature and escalate to relevant people for clinical queries.
  • Updating the PCS based on the information received.
  • To ensure accurate data entry within PCS.
  • To ensure accurate filing of notes in to CRM.
  • Answering telephone calls.
  • General administration duties.
  • Provide information through phone calls, emails and other means as deemed necessary.
  • To take the feedback at defined intervals from patients and raise it to senior management when overall satisfaction level of a patient is less than 4.
Experience:
  • The role holder will have experience in the following:
  • Experience of working in a fast paced customer focused environment.
  • Experience of working in a call centre environment.
  • Handling and resolving customer issues.
Personal Skills & Qualities:
  • An excellent ability to work in a high pressure and fast paced environment.
  • An ability to use own initiative to deliver results.
  • Strong team player that supports the work and personal development of others.
  • Excellent telecommunication skills, which help to present a strong professional image and generate an immediate personal credibility with customers.
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Self-motivated and energetic approach, showing interest in understanding the business and industry.
  • Confident to deal with queries and handle complaints
  • Should be A Graduate
  • Should have good command on English and Hindi
