Job Description:
- Interact with customers from around the world over chats, emails and calls.
- Understand their queries ans work with the internal department to resolve the issues.
- You will be interacting with customers of leading e- commerce companies and will work across multiple industry domains.
- The job requires creative problem solving and multi- tasking.
- As a company we work in a 24*7 environment and required all prospective team members to be flexible with that.
Key Attribute we require:
- Ability to work in high growth, fast pace environment.
- Flexibility to work in 24*7 shifts.
- Excellent command over written English
- Schooling from a reputed English medium school
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to creatively resolve problems.
Highly self motivated, able to deliver high quality results without constant supervision
Typing speed 35 words per minute or higher
