- - 0-3 years of experience
- - Ability to handle customers for inbound calls for queries.- Processes include banking, Health Insurance and investment plans.
- - Outbound Cold Calling to selected and prospective clients who registers in website.- No random calling to customers.
- - Incentives in addition to salary on performance, customer surveys and selling.- Cab facility within Noida, and pickup/drop to Metro Stations available.
- - Ability to write, read and speak English to suit business need- Good Communication skills in English and Hindi and selling capability.
- - Ready for rotational shifts.
