  • Hiring for International and Domestic Customer Care Executive Inbound for Paytm Process for Noida Location.
  • Any 12th or GraduateFresher
  • Process         : Paytm customer service
  • Position         : Executive Operations (CSA)
  • Location        : Noida
  • CSA is required to take inbound calls related to customer requests, queries and complaints for Paytm   

Pre- Requisites:

  • Must be an Indian Citizen and resident and should be 18 years of Age.
  • Must have above average (Verbal) English communication skills and strong Hindi communication skills should be flexible between a windows of 24/7 rotational environment (Female between 7am to 7Pm).
  • Fixed 9 hours shift.
  • One side transport during the odd hours only after 10.30pm and before 7am
  • No Meals
  • Eligibility Criteria:-Graduate/Under-graduate.
Job Description:
  • Must possess above average English communication skills, and strong Hindi skill (No RTI and MTI).
  • Clarity in speech with a neutral accent.
  • Should have problem solving attitude.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to grow with the organization.
 Voice portfolios.
  • Paytm customer service profile.
  • 7 days training with stipend subject to certification. 
  • 6 days a week Operations, rotational off.
