Job Description:
- Taking care of client appointment schedule for spa on a daily basis.
- Taking care of inbound and out bond calls for sales.
- Handling queries and objections to initiate engage & complete the buying process while maintaining the excellent customer rapport.
- Calling and follow up prospective customers for increasing sales.
- Explaining and promoting the service to prospective clients.
- Assisting sales executives to achieve their sales targets with all aspects of sales process.
- Maintaining and updating customer’s database.
- Contacting new customers and explaining them about company services / packages.
Skill set required :
- Have pleasing personality.
- Confident.
- Good in communication skills is mandatory.
- Qualification - Graduate/ Any degree holders/ Freshers with good communication in English can apply
