Job Description
- Urgent Opening for Customer Care Executive Pune
- Candidate should be able to understand the customer needs and resolvethe queries in a positive manner.
- Should have good command over the language. Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills is THE TOP Priority.
- Should be good at time management and respond to emails within the expected turn around time.
- Candidate should be able to handle customer enquiries smartly. He / She should be empathetic and polite.
- No Transport Available
- Performance Incentives is 15% of Gross Salary
- Retention Bonus is 10000 after 12 months
- Shift Hours: 9Am-6Pm / 10Am-7Pm / 11Am-8Pm
- No last shift for females
- 6 Days Working & 1 Rotational Off
- Qualification : Any UG or Graduate
- Interested Candidate can come for interview at following address between
- 10am-5pm. Monday to Saturday.
