Summary:
The Franchise Technical Support Person will assist Gabbar business partner and customers in troubleshooting and resolving business-related issues.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Handles inquiries from Gabbar business partners or customers on a variety of software issues.
- Assists users with software and troubleshooting of related problems; refers more complicated issues to appropriate staff.
- Coordinates and supervises the work and responsibilities of Gabbar business partners as per company standards.
- Answers questions and addresses and resolves complaints and concerns regarding Gabbardeals software or other
- Ensures that business partners adhere to deadlines, procedures, and quality standards; works to resolve any problems or errors.
- Explains and implements company and departmental policies, procedures, and standards.
- Communicates regularly with other members of the support team to discuss recurring problems and to share solutions and best practices.
- Attends training sessions on new equipment, software, platforms, and other products; assists with development of user manuals and similar documentation for these products.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to listen and identify/resolve issues.
- Willingness to learn .
- Thorough understanding of customer and management services and standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Basic understanding of business and management principles.
- Willingness to have telephone conversations monitored for quality assurance.
Education and Experience:
At least one years of work-related experience preferredJob Particulars
Education Certificate Course (ITI), Diploma, B.Com, BCA, BE/B.Tech, BSc, 12th Pass (HSE), Vocational Training
