Job Description

Job Summary:

The Franchise Technical Support Person will assist Gabbar business partner and customers in troubleshooting and resolving business-related issues.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Handles inquiries from Gabbar business partners or customers on a variety of software issues.
  • Assists users with  software and troubleshooting of related problems; refers more complicated issues to appropriate staff.
  • Coordinates and supervises the work and responsibilities of Gabbar business partners as per company standards.
  • Answers questions and addresses and resolves complaints and concerns regarding Gabbardeals software or other
  • Ensures that business partners adhere to deadlines, procedures, and quality standards; works to resolve any problems or errors.
  • Explains and implements company and departmental policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Communicates regularly with other members of the support team to discuss recurring problems and to share solutions and best practices.
  • Attends training sessions on new equipment, software, platforms, and other products; assists with development of user manuals and similar documentation for these products.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

 

  • Ability to listen and identify/resolve issues.
  • Willingness to learn .
  • Thorough understanding of customer and management services and standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Basic understanding of business and management principles.
  • Willingness to have telephone conversations monitored for quality assurance.

Education and Experience:

At least one years of work-related experience  preferred
