Customer Care Executive
- Managing a team of representatives offering customer support.
- Overseeing the customer service process.
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Creating policies and procedures.
- Planning the training and standardization of service delivery.
Any fresher, undergraduate, graduate and experienced can apply Excellent English speaking skills required
Salary:17K to 30K with unlimited incentives
Shift: rotational night shift
Working days: 5days a week and alternate Saturday off and Sunday fixed off.
Additional facilities: free cabs for both the sides are provided.
