Position Summary
Candidate should be able to handle inbound/outbound calls/emails, identify customer insurance need and pitch customer with appropriate product. Passionate and ready to meet or exceed SLA’s.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Good Communication & comprehensive skills
· Ability to write, speak and understand English & Hindi
· Ability to write, speak and understand regional language (as per requirement)
· Identify customers’ insurance need, clarify information and pitch appropriate product
Adherence to all the SLAs
Targets are met for Quality, shrinkages, log in hours, shift adherence, leaves & Sales
Education & Experience
· Graduates or Under Graduates
· 0-2 Years of Experience preferably sales
· Should have blended experience of Voice and Non-Voice preferably from the insurance industry
