Job Description:
- Handling customer queries on calls. Providing satisfactory resolution to meet stipulated SLA and AHT.
- Process: UK And Australia Customer care

- Free Home Pick and Drop facility will be provided
- 5 working days in a week. Week off : Any 2 days of the week.
