We are hiring for a CCE profile for our Premium Voice process, where your job will require interacting with customers over the Call.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Resolve customer complaints via Call.
2. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
3. Making sure that customer's Issues are attended to and all of their concerns are resolved immediately.
