Job Description
- Resolve customer issues related to sales/delivery/pricing etc
- Speak on behalf of the customers and raise their concerns to the management
- Understand customer grievances and take appropriate action based on the SOPs
- Running a customer survey, compiling the data and then sending it to the respective teams
- Making announcements to customers regarding the schemes, promotions and other schemes which are run time to time by Elasticrun
- Tracking the customer performance for the respective schemes
- Know
how of Local language.
- Knowledge of MS-Excel.
