Customer Service Associate :-

The role of a Customer Service Associate involves communicating with customers primarily through e-mail, chat and phone and utilizing a variety of software tools to navigate customer account, research and review policies and communicate effective solutions in a fun and fast-paced environment.
Graduate fresher or Undergraduate fresher or experienced can apply.
Excellent communication in English is required.
US process, Rotational shift with 2 consecutive off.
Salary 13k-19k + incentives + Bonus + night shift + OT allowance + food cupons.
Free pick and drop facility. (@night shift)
Work location is Viman Nagar.
B.E/ B.Tech can apply.
