Job Description
- Requirement of a MALE candidate, willing to work in the Night Shift -4pm to 12 am
- NO TRANSPORT SERVICE PROVIDED BY UDCHALO.
- Deliver service and support to end-users using and operating calls.
- Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.
- Follow standard processes and procedures.
- Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications
- Redirect problems to appropriate resources
- Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary
- Stay current with system information, changes and updates
- Answering and solving queries relating to the booking of flights and other relevant information.
- Efficient handling of customers.
- Clear and unambiguous communication of information to the customers.
- Handling queries on Whatsapp and chat on udChalo website as well.
