Respond to customer inquiries and problem escalations.Responsible for making outbound & inbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned.Explaining the product features in detail and how to use the packages.Cold Calling, increasing sales growth & driving sales initiatives business targets. Sales Support, Coordination.
