So customer support is for entities while getting registered and post registration for queries related to operations.
It's basically an inbound voice and inbound email process.
Maximum time window is from 8 am to 8 pm but duty hours are 8 and a half.
Sundays are holidays.As a gesture if work less then you would get 2 Saturdays also off.
