Job Description
Title: Male Customer Care Executive – Fresher’s UK Voice Process (Shift 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM)
No. of Positions: 10
JOB Summary: -
We are looking for an Enthusiastic male Customer Care Executives Freshers to work for UK Voice Process to contribute to Converting Leads. You will be responsible for closing Lead deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
Qualification: - Apply Only Freshers - BA/BCOM/BSC/BBA//BBM/BHM/BCA
Roles & Responsibilities: -
Inbound/outbound calls as per business expectations for Customer service/sales
team
Ensure complete and correct information is transferred to the customer on every
call.
Meet call quality above 80% Adherence to process & scripts.
Should handle the customers confidently and assertively.
Ensure 100% customer satisfaction on all the calls handled.
Should be fine with UK Shift as per the process requirement.
Ensure maximum login hours are met.
Meet the basic process metrics management like Dial out, ACHT, Connects, and
Leads per day, conversion rate, Call quality scores, and Product test scores. etc.
as defined for his level.
Reporting basic escalation to Team Leader.
Knowledge & Skills: -
Ability to learn about the products and
describe/explain them to prospects.
Should be able to communicate in English Proficiently.
Should be able to understand and comprehend English (as per business need)
Limited MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) affecting Pronunciation/Understanding.
Should have basic knowledge of operating computer.
Should have a typing speed of 25-30 words per minute.
Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate.
