We have an urgent opening for Customer Care Executive at Chennai
Roles and Responsibilities:-
1. Solve queries of the customer on call.
2. Help the customers to get their problem resolved correctly and on time.
3. Achieve daily targets shared by Team Leader and also help the team to achieve their targets
4. Maintain good relations with the customers on call and develop good relations with the customers
Desired Candidate Profile:-
1. Should be comfortable with 24*7 Rotational Shifts
2. Good Communication skills in English and Tamil or Telgu
3. Experience into BPO Industry would be an added advantage
4. Freshers can also apply.
5. Candidate must have at least completed 12th
