Job Role : 
  • Candidate need to understand customer expectations clearly using effective probing techniques and resolve the issues accordingly. 
  • Ensure the process metrics are met. Drafting the wrap-up notes with reasons for customer dissatisfaction for all the queries and the challenges faced.
  • Set high level of performance standards for the given process/ account. 
  • Ensure you understand expected performance standards and metrics to be achieved for a given process/ account. 
  • Looks for areas of improvement in the process and provide insights to your supervisors to enhance customer delight.
Key Skills:

  • Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal and Written English)
  • Good knowledge on Windows Operating Systems (XP, Vista, 7, 8) and Macintosh
  • Knowledge on Mobile Operating Systems

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate (Any Discipline)
  • Undergraduate with minimum of 6 months of experience can apply
  • Candidate with 0 – 4 years’ experience in International BPO, Voice background
  • Typing Speed – above 25 wpm
Should be willing to work in shifts

  • Work Hours: 9 hours-Including 1-hour break (5 days per week & 6 days during training)
  • Shifts: Rotational Shifts (Candidate should be willing to work in Night shifts)
  • Week Offs: Rotational Offs
