Job Summary
External Designation: Customer Care Executive - Voice Process.
Internal Designation : Process Associate
Reporting to : Manager / Team Leader – Operations
Company is looking for Process Associate for Customer Care role (Voice). The position is for process engaged into providing customer services.
Responsibilities and Duties
- To ensure various SLA’s like quality, abandon%, AHT, Customer Call back rate & efficient customer service are met
- To be able to respond to customer service inquiries via phone and e- mail.
- Track individual productivity on various reports
- Keep knowledge base updated through usage of BSA web tool, Voyager
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Communication: Good written and oral communication skills
- Education qualification: Graduate in any discipline/Under graduates drop outs
