Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Resolve customer queries on phone, e-mail and WhatsApp / Live Chat
2. Handle incoming phone calls and make order confirmation calls to customers
3. Resolve customer complaints with a positive attitude
4. Define SLA for outbound chat and phone calls process
5. Custodian of Brand Mitchell and shall engage premium customers time to time.
a. Calling to customers for promotional offer
b. Follow up with Customers for repeat/refills/pending purchase
6. Help Online Team to achieve monthly sales target per month
7. Reply to customers on Website/FB/Instagram/Marketplace etc
8. Handling Orders and Logistics/Shipments via Shopify Platform
9. Creating Orders for customers on request
10. Creating customer accounts on request
11. Maintaining DSR (Daily Sales Report), NDR (Non-Delivery Report)
12. Business/Bulk/Gifting enquiries
