About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle BPO, customer relationship, email support, and customer support
2. Handle chats and calls, e-commerce
3. Work on customer retention, customer handling, teller caller, feedback calls to customer, keep records of customer interactions and different transactions, recording details of complaints, comments, and inquiries
