About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Reply to consumers/customers via CRM system & resolve their issues regarding deliveries or handle their complaints
2. Contact consumers to confirm their orders (in some cases) or if their orders need to be updated/changed to allow for shipment.
3. Coordinate with logistics partner to resolve delays
