- Designation/ Level: CSO Level 1.
- Qualification: 10 + 2 (any stream)
- Salary Range: INR 73704 per annum
- Typing speed to be 15 to 20 wpm
- Possess good Hindi communication skills
- Should be able to read and comprehend English
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts
- Should be customer centric
- Attending and making calls to customers as per defined targets throughout the shift.
- Catering to customer queries and providing appropriate solutions
- Reporting to: AUM/ UM
