- Candidates are required to coordinate with the customers on orders placed by them. Checking stock and processing the order in the inventory management software.
- Co-ordinate with the customers on emails, chat or through calls.
- Checking the stock availability and processing the order.
- Responsible for the order from the start to the end.
- Excellent English Communication skills are required, both written and verbal.
- Basic computer knowledge on excel also is an added advantage.
- Candidate should be willing to do multi-tasking.
- Patience, willingness to learn and proactive nature is preferable.
