A leading chain of Homeopathy Clinic is looking Candidates for Customer Service Executive and the job responsibilities are as under:-
- This role would be responsible to serves customers by providing service information, resolving service problems.
- Outbound calling
- Generates Sales Lead
- Provide accurate, valid & complete information by using the right method/ tools
- Meet personal/ customer service team sales targets & call handling quotas
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions & alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep Records of customer interactions
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines & policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, priorities, and manage time effectively
- Track Record of overachieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills & active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems & practices
- Customer Orientation & ability to adapt/ respond to different types characters
- Job Location: Ghatkopar - Chembur Head Office
- Qualification: Any Graduate
