Job Description
1. Give the best customer service possible
2. Know your company's products and policies inside out and communicate it to other members of staff and customers
3. Take out information from all channels (website, emails, WhatsApp, and inbound calls) and make a record in complaint management software
4. Coordinate with customer, technical team, and external service team to ensure closure to customer complaints
5. Create a document to record to all issues to be used later
6. Maintain TATs for calls closure
