Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound queries regarding their Health Appointment.
- Interacting with the clients on the basis of their query over the calls.
- The candidate should able to work fast on the computer.
- Candidate has the ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
- Taking care for all inbound calls.
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our products & services.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers.
- Persuasive and goal-oriented.
- The candidate should be good in Hindi, English and should be able to manage the clients with their requirement.
- Female Candidates only preferred for the profile.
- Fresher can also apply.
