Job Description
Customer Care:
- Candidates with Minimum 6 months & Maximum 36 Months of experience in International Voice based Sales Outbound /Inbound / Customer service process.
- Communication flow, sentence construction & correct grammar in written & Spoken English Communication, Speech clarity, voice clarity, good pronunciation and should not have MTI (Mother Tongue Influence
- Manage end-user customer phone calls / Chat / E-mail
- Handle large volumes of Outbound / Inbound segment sales for the designated regions selling Technical Solutions
- Sales: Inbound and Outbound (Blend) sales.AMC of Computers for US clients
- Must Have 1 + years of experience in International Voice based Technical Customer Helpdesk/Project
- Any graduate/undergraduate with at least 1 year of troubleshooting experience in any International Voice based process (Tech/Semi-Tech Process)
- Bachelor’s degree from a three-year college or university (BA, B.COM, BSC etc.
- Basic knowledge of PCs and Internet
- Basic knowledge of operating systems – DOS, Win 98, Me, XP, NT, 2000
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware components – CPU, Motherboard, RAM, HDD, Modem
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills/ability
