We are having vacancy for Customer Support executive (voice process) for our Company Our Most Advanced lab Humain Health is India's First Artificial Intelligence Diagnostic Centre in India . We have 20 Plus Branches which is situated inside and outside Bangalore.
As a healthcare Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for successfully managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls. This will include following communication scripts, handling different topics, and acting as a liaison between our company and its customers. In addition, you will be responsible for evaluating all documents to ensure that appropriate information has been obtained.
outbound/inbound calling experience in a call center, medical office/clinic or institutional setting
Proficient in English (oral and written)
Strong communication and people skills
Customer service orientation
