- CUSTOMER DELIGHT EXECUTIVE (7- Positions)
- Handling customer queries and service through chat, email and through calls.
- Responsible to provide timely and effective resolutions to customers through chats & emails
- Desire to work in competitive ambiance
- Identify the needs of the individual customer and provides proper assistant
- Logical decision making skills & delegation skills
- Effective in time management
- Should continuously assess and identify the opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impacts and provides the best customers experience
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customer requests.
- Attract potential customers by answering service questions; suggesting information about other services.
- Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers.
- General education degree or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service (International Process Preferred).
- Experience with Microsoft Office preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communications can also apply
- Immediate or less than 10 days joining will be preferred
- Night shifts for Male candidates,(Female flexible day shifts).
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Pleasant, patient and friendly attitude.
- Strong decision making and analytical abilities.
- Strong detail orientation and communication/listening skills.
- Proficient user of the Internet and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Note : Five days working with two days rotational off.
- Salary will be best as per industry standards
