Job Description
- Customer happiness executive:
- Interact with travelers to help solve queries and collect their feedback.
- Use this feedback to create actionable insights that can be passed on to the Org thereby providing exceptional Customer service.
- Collect Customer feedback from travelers at a pre-vacation stage and after they're back from their vacation.
- Capture the learnings and share them with the Org. Rigorously track if the feedback is being implemented by folks within the Org.
- Collect and maintain customer data such as addresses, DOB and use these to increase touchpoints that create customer delight.
- Take initiatives to improve Customer happiness using current tech products of the Org.
- Get Facebook reviews from customers and maintain 4.9/5 customer rating on Facebook.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Good Verbal communication and listening skills
- Data collection and accuracy
- Basic knowledge of Excel. Should be comfortable working with spreadsheets
- Be proactive and come up with initiatives to improve Customer happiness
