Job Description

- As a Customer Success specialist, you will be an ambassador of the brand while dealing with students.
- You will also play a role in providing key inputs about the students to the Academic Facilitators and Subject Experts to make sure that all the students get the best possible experience.
- Highly Empathetic - just not going above and beyond but also over and around to solve student problems.
- Highly data-oriented & ability to understand problems using data.
- High adaption to technology-enabled environment and ability to understand the change in technology.
- Ability to collaborate with a different team to solve student-related issues.
- Ability to think on feet and examine any problem in a structured manner.
- Excellence in English language writing, as well as oral communication.
