Job Description

Any graduate or Post Graduate - preferably Biotechnology, B. Pharm, B.Sc., Diet or in life science discipline with Excellent oral and written communication skills
Fresher or with 1 - 2 years of experience and willing to work in Rotational Shifts including Night Shifts
Handling Inbound and Outbound calls with patients suffering from various ailments
Update and Maintain Accurate Patient records and Interactions in CRM
Handling patient queries and providing response from pre-defined FAQs
Should be a self-starter and capable of working in teams
Should be well versed with Microsoft Excel and Presentations
Should handle Patients Feedback and Complaint’s and pass them on to the relevant team for Action
