Job Description
1. Handling all the customer queries for ExclusiveLane.com & other marketplaces
2. Strategizing & implementing the processes with different departments to enhance the customer experience
3. Taking customer feedback post-sales & escalating the relevant feedback to the concerned teams
4. Working on regular follow-ups with the customers for any pending issue, delayed dispatch of the product, or delayed delivery
5. Working on weekly report generation & compilation of the customer queries with suggested improvements
