GigsBoard is an evolutionary Agile End-to-end Work Management System powered by Freelancing. GigsBoard is built & operated by Freelanceteams Private Limited, and we are just about to launch the product in the market.
We are looking to hire Customer Experience Trainees into FreelanceTeams.The candidates shall be Graduates with strong written & spoken communications skills in English as well as good Analytical/ Logical reasoning skills.Successful candidates will be hired as Trainees, and be trained on the Job.After the completion of the Probationary period of 3 months, High-rated Trainees shall be converted to full-time Employees with Salary hike.
Work location: Kerala Startup Mission, KTIZ, HMT Colony Road, Kalamassery, Kochi 683503.
Qualifications needed:Daily: Attend to Customer Service tickets. As needed basis: Test the Platform and identify bugs. Weekly: Identify high-concern areas of the application based on Tickets received. Weekly: Propose FAQ changes based on Tickets Analysis. Quarterly: Propose Product Roadmap innovations based on repeated Customer feedback/ inputs.
