Specific skill set required- Project Management Experience in handling global and strategic customer (Preferred from logistic/courier industry)

A short brief on the job responsibilities the employee will handle:

1. Account management for global and other strategic customers
2. Align with cross functional team on performance improvement initiatives, action plan, and roadmaps for strategic customers
3. Non-standard project based implementation support (Support customer specific issues and exceptions)
4. Customer visits, stakeholder alignment for Strategic and Global customer
5. To provide support for commercial strategy discussions with Sales and provide market customer insight to drive end to end ship to collect performance
6. Develop plans and actions with the business to execute commercial strategy
7. Drive and grow business value in the market
8. Perform analysis on business performance
9. Represent ship to collect (STC) in the customer onboarding process
10. Provide business insights in order to drive ship to collect (STC) performance in subregion/country
11. Define and execute performance improvement initiatives in subregion/country
12. Perform recurring customer portfolio reviews
13. Perform credit risk assessment/ Periodic review of credit risk for existing accounts
14. Interpret the monthly management report, provide local details and actions
