Customer Management Executive
Job Description
- Greet all the guests in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Stay up to date on key Ayurveda concepts, service offerings, special packages, discount offers prevalent at a given point of time.
- Handle customer queries with confidence and pleasant attitude.
- Cold Calling/ Emailing to retail customers and inform about Thapovan Ayurveda services.
- Close and take responsibility of actions and items after Introduction call/sales call
- Keep track of all the leads and manage the sales database.
