Customer Master Data Specialist is a role in E&I customer service enablement team to support a successful onboarding of customers to DuPont systems, including SAP, MyDuPont, Salesforce Service Cloud. This role is responsible for day-to-day activities to create and maintain accurate customer master data that drives efficient customer order and service request processing. This role is also responsible for working in conjunction with corporate data team, business process consultants and partner functions to continuous drive process improvements.

Customer Master Data Specialist is a role in E&I customer service enablement team to support a successful onboarding of customers to DuPont systems, including SAP, MyDuPont, Salesforce Service Cloud. This role is responsible for day-to-day activities to create and maintain accurate customer master data that drives efficient customer order and service request processing. This role is also responsible for working in conjunction with corporate data team, business process consultants and partner functions to continuous drive process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Review requests received from commercial team and CSRs to ensure business processes and local requirements compliance
- Enter requests to create, update, extend, delete, block and/or unblock customers in MDG
- Setup and maintain customer accounts and contacts in Salesforce to support MyDuPont eCommerce and Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Monitor customer master data requests. Analyze metrics to evaluate process efficiency.
- Participate in future customer onboarding improvement initiatives to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain job aides, knowledge articles and documentation for customer master data processes and systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in customer service, sales operation or CRM system is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with different parties and deliver the result.
- Good engagement and problem solving skill in proactive and positive attitude
- Good English skills including speaking and writing.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, SAP, Salesforce, SharePoint)
