- Handling the customer query / grievances
- Understanding the customer query and accordingly giving the resolution
- Cross-Selling
- Revert to the clients (Happy Calling), thus confirming the service
- Focusing on the CSAT & identifying the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on the same
