- Mandatory to work on Sundays
- Interact with customers and do Sales and after sales service
- Attend Walk-in, Tele- Enquiries and do follow ups with leads.
- Attending inbound calls and make outbound calls.
- Understand student requirement and guide the student to the right program fitting his / her requirement.
- Explaining eligibility criteria, admission procedures, course structure, course details.
- Keep updated about latest trends in CAT, GRE, GMAT, IIT/JEE, Bank PO, CRT, GATE, Tuitions etc..
