Handling customer queries and solving them effectively.
Ability to maintain an upbeat and positive attitude at all times.
Recording the feedback of customer service representative.
Collate daily and weekly reports.
Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
Identify the gaps through root cause analysis.
Prepare reports and analysis as necessary to determine areas of improvement & opportunity
