Job Description
· Performing counselling and career guidance for interested candidates
· Generating walk-ins from leads/other sources and referrals
- Ensuring higher conversion by being
single point of interface with all customers
· Achieve Designated admission Targets.
- Ensuring maximum student enquiry to enrolment.
- Counsel prospective students/professionals and advise them about the best course as per their career interests
- Analyse and keep track of course enquiries from various modes like emails, telephone and direct enquiries and maintaining the record of the same.
- Counselling of Students / parents on courses offered by brand, Converting prospect into Admissions
- Maintain the record of the students joining the course and also keep a track of the fees to be paid by the students joining the course.
- Resolving candidate queries relating to course offered, ensuring good customer service
- Work on the entire cycle of Customer Prospecting, Counselling, Admission, Scheduling, Orientation support, Feedback, certificate processing.
