Job Description

Interact with the existing customers to make sure their queries are answered.
Talk and identify if there's anything that the clients need and coordinate with the responsible team members to make sure the client is provided with the same
Maintaining the Data of the clients in excel
Meeting the SLA’s in the Client Onboarding Process to ensure Customer Satisfaction
Taking feedback from clients to improve the existing process
Interact with Higher Management to Provide reports of daily, weekly, and Monthly progress and KPI’s met
