Designation: Relationship Executive:
Roles and Responsibility:
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers.
- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
- Generating sales leads that develop into new customers.
- Identifying and assessing customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Customer Service and Sales - Up-selling, cross-selling, providing regular market information and updates to the customers.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Skills Required:
- Proficient with systems related to Banking transactions and services.
- The ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
- Extremely efficient servicing of requests to create a superior customer experience.
- Good sales and negotiation skills
- Experience in sales or banking sales would be an added advantage.
