Job Description
- Should be able to coordinate the delivery of the material and take followups from the client on the phone
- Check for bottlenecks in terms if the payments
- Inform the client incase of any issues
- Needs to be able to multi task and do followups for all the payments
- Even someone with a minimum experience would do but should be able to talk to the client properly on phone, fluently both in Hindi and English
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
•Must have an outstanding customer service skills.
•Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.
•Must have good computer skills.
•Must be highly detail-oriented and have the ability to effectively multi-task.
