Job Description
| 1) Responsible for receiving & making the call or email to the customer. | |||||
| 2) Handle the customer concerns complaints, enquiries & Feedback. | |||||
| 3) Work with team & perform as per the assigned work (Inbound, Outbound & Email) | |||||
| 4) Capability of taking ownership. | |||||
| 5) Improving the effectiveness of the various database tools and services on an ongoing basis | |||||
| 6) Ensure time delivery of quotes to customers. | |||||
| 7) Maintaining records of transactions and interactions. | |||||
| 8) Appropriate and timely follow up whenever required. | |||||
| 9) Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools. | |||||
| 10) Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. | |||||
